Ali is a PhD student at the School of Engineering and Informatics. He started his PhD on May 2023 and his research area is design optimization of the drivetrain and energy management system (EMS) of the electrified vehicles. He has studied Aerospace Engineering for his BSc and MSc at the Sharif University of Technology in Iran. He has worked in industry for 5 years, working on model-, software-, and hardware-in-the-loop simulation of transportation systems and also mechanical design.
